PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals (hereinafter — Users) using the "ChikChik" program and the associated Telegram bot.

1.2. The personal data operator is Alexey Evgenievich Zuev (INN 343658551214).

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect the minimum necessary data set for license protection functionality:

• Telegram ID and Username: For user identification in the system and license binding.
• HWID (Hardware ID): Unique hardware identifier (hash sum of PC components). Used exclusively for protection against illegal Software copying.
• Technical logs: IP address, operating system version. Used for error diagnostics and DDOS attack protection.

3. PAYMENT DATA

3.1. The Operator does NOT collect and does NOT store Users' bank card data.

3.2. All payments go through the secure gateway of LLC NCO "YooMoney" (YooKassa). The Operator receives only payment status notification (success/error).

4. PROCESSING PURPOSES

4.1. Contract fulfillment (license provision).

4.2. Technical support and update notifications.

4.3. Affiliate program accounting.

5. STORAGE AND PROTECTION

5.1. Users' personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation, in accordance with Federal Law 152-FZ requirements.

5.2. Data retention period: throughout the entire period of User's Software use and 3 years after last use.

6. USER RIGHTS

6.1. The User has the right to request deletion of their data at any time by contacting technical support (@ChikChikSupport). In this case, the license will be cancelled.
