This document is an official offer (public offer) of an Individual applying the special tax regime NPD, Alexey Evgenievich Zuev (INN 343658551214), hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor", and contains all essential terms for granting the right to use (license) the computer program "ChikChik" (hereinafter — "Software").
1.1. Acceptance (full acceptance) of the offer is the User's payment of the license (subscription) cost through the Telegram bot interface @ChikChikAuthBot (hereinafter — Bot). Use of other bots with similar names does not constitute acceptance of this Offer and does not create obligations for the Licensor.
1.2. By making payment, the User guarantees that they have read the terms, agree with them fully and unconditionally.
2.1. The Licensor grants the User the right to use the "ChikChik" Software (simple non-exclusive license) within the paid subscription period.
2.2. The license includes the right to launch and operate the Software for automatic video and audio editing.
3.1. The license cost is determined by the tariffs specified in the Telegram bot interface. Not subject to VAT.
3.2. Payment is made by non-cash methods through payment services (YooKassa, Telegram Stars), as well as other methods technically available to the User in the Telegram bot interface.
3.3. Access to full Software functionality is provided automatically after payment confirmation (receipt of electronic receipt). The access key is a unique server digital signature linked to the User's hardware (HWID).
3.4. By paying for the License, the User confirms that they have previously used the free trial period, tested the Software's operability on their equipment, and are satisfied with its functionality. Claims regarding Software incompatibility with User's equipment after payment are not accepted.
3.5. The Licensor's obligations to provide access are considered fully fulfilled at the moment the User's subscription status in the Bot changes to "Active" (or extension of the validity period), regardless of whether the User actually used the Software thereafter.
4.1. As part of a marketing promotion, the Licensor credits bonus points (in RUB equivalent) to the User for attracting new customers via referral link.
4.2. Bonus points are not monetary funds and cannot be used as a means of payment outside the service.
4.3. The User has the right to request exchange of accumulated points for subscription extension or reward payout.
4.4. Payout procedure: Reward payout is made manually upon User's request to technical support (@ChikChikSupport). The Licensor may request payment details for transfer. The Licensor does not store User's payment details in an automated system.
4.5. The Licensor reserves the right to refuse payout upon detection of fraud signs (manipulation, use of bots).
5.1. In accordance with RF legislation, the right to use Software (license) is a non-refundable product of proper quality, as it has individually defined properties and can only be used by the consumer acquiring it (instant access provision).
5.2. Refunds are possible only in case of technical inoperability of the Software due to Licensor's fault, if the problem cannot be resolved by technical support within a reasonable time.
6.1. The Software is provided "as is" (AS IS). The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will meet User's expectations.
6.2. The Licensor processes User's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
